About the position
Adtek was founded in 2021 to help brands grow their businesses from branding building to revenue growth. Unlike other agencies, we combine creatives and data-driven to provide end-to-end marketing strategies from branding, user acquisition, and user retention. We challenge conventional marketing methods by understanding clients’ markets, profoundly diving into their problems, and growing clients’ businesses at scale.
Responsibilities
As a part of the Project Management Office for Adtek Company, you will be responsible for rolling out various performance-improvement initiatives for our clients across different industries and sizes.
Deep dive into the clients’ business problems to provide effective solutions for their business growth.
Collect and analyze the clients’ business and market data to derive business insights and actionable implementation plans.
Draw up project plans and communicate effectively across internal and external stakeholders to align SOWs, timelines, and expectations.
Create and implement various SOP (standard operating procedures) across clients’ departments.
Develop data-backed business strategies and support the clients’ business teams in executing the strategies.
Formulate and facilitate project missions, goals, and resource management.
