Technical Skills and Knowledge:


  • Ability to perform sales support tasks (following up with leads, setting up appointments, maintaining communication throughout the sales process) and preparing service proposals as well as presenting solutions.

  • Ability to leverage active client sourcing channels (industry events, social media, internal network) and sdirect search skills to attract potential clients, including passive ones.

  • Ability to create a positive client experience throughout all stages of collaboration, communicating openly, and providing clear information about Talemy's work process and specific solutions.

  • Ability to handle multiple client requests simultaneously and prioritize tasks based on urgency and complexity to optimize work efficiency.

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills to negotiate, resolve conflicts, present ideas, etc.

  • (Nice to have) Possess a strong understanding of or keen interest in the Technology, Blockchain, and Cryptocurrency industries and their talent landscapes.

  • Proficiency in English and Vietnamese is a significant advantage.

Find, manage, and consult with clients (businesses) to create impact for their operations through Talemy's talent solutions.


Business Development Executives play a crucial role at Talemy, as you directly impact the company's growth by expanding our client network. In this role, you will proactively seek out potential businesses with recruitment needs, specifically focusing on the technology, blockchain, and crypto industries. You will introduce Talemy's recruitment solutions and build partnerships with them. In short, you are seeking and bringing in "recruitment orders" for Talemy, enabling Talemy to serve other companies.


Additional information: Talemy predominantly serves clients in various industries specialized in technology field, meaning you'll work extensively with businesses and understand the dynamic human resource needs within this fast-growing field.

Your main responsibilities include prospecting, engaging, building relationships, and consulting with corporate clients on recruitment solutions. You must search for, communicate with, and support businesses from various industries regarding the talent solutions Talemy offers. You will work closely with clients to address any obstacles during the collaboration process and ensure their satisfaction. In addition to working with clients, you will also track data (such as lead sources, opportunity status, conversion rates) to identify areas for improvement. You are encouraged to think creatively and find solutions when challenges arise during the business development process.

Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Prospecting:


  • Utilize diverse channels such as market research, networking, industry events, social media and search tools to reach potential corporate clients (tech companies, blockchain projects, crypto firms, software outsourcing companies) in Vietnam and internationally.

  • Assess and screen potential clients to evaluate their suitability for Talemy's services.

  • Provide potential clients with comprehensive information about Talemy, our recruitment solutions, benefits, and distinct value.


Client Relationship Management & Consultation:


  • Build and maintain professional, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.

  • Thoroughly understand clients' recruitment needs, business objectives, and human resource challenges.

  • Act as a liaison between clients and Talemy's recruitment consultant team, clearly communicating requirements and expectations.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling service proposals, negotiate contract terms, and close deals.


Market Intelligence & B2B Marketing Support:


  • Stay updated on industry trends, hiring demands, and the competitive landscape within the Technology, Blockchain, and Crypto sectors to identify new business opportunities.

  • Collaborate on or contribute to B2B marketing initiatives to enhance Talemy's brand visibility and attract inbound leads. 


Collaboration & Reporting:


  • Work closely with Talemy’s recruitment consultant team to ensure a clear understanding of client requirements and facilitate successful placements. 

  • Maintain client records, including opportunity status and interaction history, to track progress and offer support as needed.

  • Utilize data as leading indicators to anticipate problems and opportunities, streamline processes, and achieve improved results.

  • Provide regular reports on business development performance.

  • (Nice to have) Participate in industry events and conferences to represent Talemy and expand our network.
